By road

Approach ABC from Keighley Road (B6265) between Bradford and Keighley. Take Canal Road from Keighley Road (B6265) at Crossflatts, ¾ mile North of Bingley, by The Royal Hotel. Proceed on Canal Road past Jack’s Fish and Chip shop and continue until you arrive, after 150 yards, at the club’s white swing bridge. Park parallel to the road on the approach to the bridge.

Take care not to go up Micklethwaite Lane by mistake as you leave Keighley Road (B6265), although doing so is a minor inconvenience and easily remedied.

By canal

ABC is located mid-way between the Micklethwaite canal swing bridge (199) and the Five Rise locks on the Leeds and Liverpool canal. Visitors are able to wind at the club’s winding hole.

The best place to moor is to the Micklethwaite bridge side of the winding hole, from where there is easy access to local shops, pubs and takeaways.

Water for boaters is available from the BW water point by the white bridge.
